Many would agree that receiving an education can lead to higher earning potential, stronger social connections and personal fulfillment. 🎓 Bachelor’s degrees, in particular, represent a path to upward mobility for those who can afford the upfront and opportunity costs of a four-year degree. However, the State of San Diego Latinos Report, developed in partnership with the San Diego Regional Policy & Innovation Center, reveals that the bachelor’s degree attainment rate among Latinos is less than half that of Asian and White San Diegans, making it the lowest in the county.
