In June 2025, we will award unrestricted funding to nonprofit organizations working to prevent senior isolation and/or loneliness in San Diego County, and we need your input! As this is a broad topic, we are looking to nonprofits engaged in this work to help us narrow and define our guidelines to better understand how our $200K-$300K grants pool can be most impactful. Please take a few moments to fill out this brief Appreciative Inquiry Survey so we can better understand the work and financial needs of your organization.
