Ready to explore Baja California’s ecosystems and culinary heritage? 🌊🍴 On 9/17, we will be screening the documentary miniseries Food Biographies! You will see the stories of gatherers, hunters, farmers, and fishermen as Food Biographies show the connections between people, the landscapes that sustain them, and the region’s culinary traditions. Following the screening, you will have the chance to hear from Dr. Carolina Guitierrez—the film producer and traditional food systems researcher. She will share the process behind making the films and open the floor to the audience to ask questions about the culinary landscapes of Baja California.
