Senator Anna Caballero weighs in as we work today to get her bill, SB 366, passed by the Assembly policy committee. As she notes, California has targets for GHG emissions reduction, renewable energy, housing, and even for natural landscapes - but none for water supplies, which are essential for people, farms and industry and the environment. SB 366 will rectify that problem. https://lnkd.in/gZ54C8ey

We were able to distribute 375 yards of mulch to 325 recipients. Thank you to everyone who participated!

California Water for All, of which San Juan is a founding member, just released the report from the University of California that shows that California faces a shortage of 9 million acre-feet (11 billion cubic meters) of water supplies within a generation. That's why San Juan is promoting Senate Bill 366, which will address this shortfall with statewide targets and an action plan. https://lnkd.in/gyYPQzCJ
