Sanbell planners prioritize safety and efficiency in community and transportation design. In the Billings, Montana metro area, they have done just that through their work on the Lockwood Pedestrian Safety Plan and the Billings Safe Routes to School Plan. Both plans included extensive online and in-person public input. Sanbell is pleased to announce that the Rocky Mountain region's Gary Owen has been promoted to Chief Engineer! Gary will be working closely with the resident Chief Engineer Tim Pirtz and Director of Project Delivery Katie Kay. This trio will be focused on mentoring staff, ensuring quality control on projects, and leading technical training programs. Gary will also continue to manage key client projects and Katie will now take over many of the quality management responsibilities that Gary previously held.
