Billion Dollar Roundtable member companies represent the best of the best in corporate supplier diversity. The Billion Dollar Roundtable, created in 2001, is a non-profit organization that comprises U.S. corporations that each spend $1 billion or more annually on a Tier 1 basis with diverse suppliers. The BDR recognizes and celebrates corporations that achieve this status and promotes and shares best practices in supply-chain diversity excellence. This year, we proudly launched the Santana Kids' Prep for Success initiative, a heartfelt program designed to support our team members by providing backpacks and school supplies for their families. It’s our way of saying thank you and making sure their kids are ready for the school year ahead. This initiative touches every part of our Santana Group family, including Integrated Human Capital, Forma, and Oveana. 🎒✏️   This past Saturday, our San Antonio team gathered for a day filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit. It was wonderful to see our families enjoying activities, delicious food, and each other's company. Last Saturday was a day full of smiles and excitement at Oveana. As part of the Santana Group we hosted our Santana Kids' Prep for Success 2024 event. This special initiative is our way of giving back to our amazing team members by providing their families with backpacks and school supplies for the upcoming school year.   Seeing the joy on the kids' faces as they picked out their new school gear was absolutely priceless.
