This week, Satellite participated in the Workforce Solutions teacher's externship program. Three teachers visited our site to learn about our company and bring that knowledge back to their classrooms. The experience was positive for everyone involved. All three teachers mentioned that the program rejuvenated their enthusiasm for the upcoming school year. They were impressed by the teamwork and leadership they observed. During their time, they worked with Rene, Randy, and Christian in production, and they were especially impressed by the team's sense of purpose, pride, and leadership. The teachers encouraged Satellite to continue participating in the program and even extended an invitation to visit their schools and bring groups of students for tours of the facility. From Satellite’s perspective, it was great to see the team's camaraderie and pride in the work. The teachers were willing to share their experiences openly, indicating Satellite's commitment to innovation and team culture. Real enthusiasm and pride in what we do were evident, which was fantastic to see. This externship has been a significant step in efforts for community growth, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Workforce Solutions.
