Employee Spotlight: Will B.
Will has been with Sawtooth for 10 years and is now the Waterproofing and Expansion Joint Covers Division Superintendent. Growing up in a military household in Guam, he joined the Army right out of high school. He met his wife while in the service and then moved to McMinnville to be closer to family. This is when he became close with Tyler and Reba Stoller, meeting them at church. They offered him a job and the rest is history.
Some of the most memorable jobs that Will has worked on are Reeser Stadium North End Zone (OSU), Jane Saunders Stadium (UofO), the Oregon Supreme Court, Willamette Valley Temple, and the Boise Airport. His newest project that he is getting ready for is the Teton River Temple in Rexburg, Idaho.
He loves Sawtooth because “No matter how big this company gets, we keep that “small town” vibe. Everyone here is vital to our cause and that’s one of the things here at Sawtooth that makes us different. We know that the guys and gals here play their part, and we train them to be their best selves so we can then in turn be ours. Advice to anyone and everyone reading this, Success is not measured by the accolades you receive but by the impact you make on others.”
In his free time, Will enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and family. He also likes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, camping, fishing, BBQ, and drinking. If you see him out in the field don’t be afraid to say Hi!
