    🚀 H1 FY24 Update: GTM Efficiency Declines - Action Required! 🚀 2023 was tough for many companies, and FY24 is proving to be no different. Despite efforts to recalibrate go-to-market (GTM) strategies, commercial efficiency remains under pressure.     An interesting insight uncovered by our Q2 2024 CEO Survey was that CEO confidence in their go-to-market (GTM) model is at an all-time low. While optimizing the GTM model was recognized as the most critical growth lever to success by most CEOs, it also carried the second largest gap in confidence in their organization’s ability to execute.
