Breaking news: A sub-group analysis of the KETO-ADPKD trial revealed that patients on a ketogenic diet with higher levels of ketosis experienced a statistically significant reduction in total kidney volume. Beneficial effects on estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) can be equally observed in all subsets. https://lnkd.in/gnA84NWq

My cardiologist thinks that I could stop it all together soon or even now… I’ve been on it for 18 years.
