Brought in by major shareholder in Europe. • Portfolio Manager for Patriarch Partners, a $4B distressed private equity firm. Oversaw 8 companies in the portfolio in the consumer products and manufacturing sectors. Directed operational strategy in the interest of the primary secured creditor for each company. • Consultant to the United States Army merger of $3.5B program of record with similarly sized program at the Navy. Managed teams that included program, contract, logistics, and technology management for products deployed in over 170 countries. • Investor and manager as CEO of Affinitel, a telecommunications company headquartered in San Francisco with several thousand business customers, including the California Highway Patrol, Safeway, Rite Aid, and Wells Fargo. Delivered 100% revenue growth, over 200% cash flow growth, paying off debt 3.5 years ahead of schedule.
