There's still time to register for tomorrow's workshop, Being An Employee Centered Leader, which will be held in person at our Tukwila office. 2 STARS credits available. Register here: https://lnkd.in/gkSkHHHB When supervising seasonal staff, it is tempting to slip into pacesetting and directive leadership styles. These styles may dampen employee experience, attitude, and growth—and often contribute to adverse program outcomes and staff conflict. Let's explore positive leadership styles and apply what we know about social-emotional learning to forge positive employee-centered environments that promote staff growth and empowerment. This session will be content-heavy, covering specific social-emotional domains and employee-centered modeling. Thursday, October 24, 2024 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM SOWA Tukwila Office 625 Andover Park W, Suite #101 Tukwila, WA 98188 There's plenty of parking and we're right next to the 150 bus stop. We hope to see you there!
