Alongside my own creative practice of fashion & fine art photography, I have been given amazing opportunities to deliver a range of creative workshops in and around Manchester… First of all, super excited to be part of regularly assisting Sculpt and Sip thanks to Ellie for creating such a gorgeous outlet for people to truly unwind and enjoy the most wholesome ceramic painting workshops 🌷🎨🥂 Myself and my partner Luke have also started to host creative collage making workshops Cut & Stick ✂️ 👩🎨we are both super grateful for everyone’s support and engagement. Not only have we been hosting in great venues around MCR, we have also been invited to teach workshops at Universities such as The University of Salford and The University of Bolton . We are so excited to share our exciting plans that we have launching soon! 🌟 Last but not least, I began 2024 with a gorgeous commission by Peshkar to deliver a series of mindfulness workshops to help encourage a younger audience to break away from digitial distraction🧘♀️🎨. This was exhibited for Peshkars Young Digitial Artist Festival 2024. Super grateful to be in a position to inspire others to create art 🎨❤️

Mental Health Awareness Week at PLTHQ 🧠❣️ This week we dedicated time to focus on mental health and wellbeing. Each day we hosted a different activity alongside themed comms to support and uplift our amazing teams! 💫 Here's a sneak peek of what we had planned - 💭Monday - Vision Board Sessions with Laura Whitehead 🧘♀️Tuesday - Yoga with Feast & Flow 🎨Wednesday - Sculpt and Sip & Lunchtime Walk Club 🐾Thursday - Cuddle Club 🫶Friday - Friendship Bracelet Making Our commitment to wellbeing isn’t just this week; but all year round. We have a comprehensive wellbeing offering available including: -Mental Health First Aiders - trained and certified by Mental Health England. -PLT Wellbeing Hub - support ranging from financial tools to healthy recipes. - Speak Up Hub - a platform to submit any concerns confidentially. - Weekly offering of fitness classes ranging from yoga to run club. - Calm - every PLTFamily member has access to the premium subscription of the Calm app. -Help @ Hand - providing health and wellbeing support such as unlimited health sessions & 24/7 helpline.
