Why should I take this course? Born out of a desire to level-up the industry, we saw a lack of quality training for health care providers who wanted to learn aesthetic treatments. The aesthetics industry is filled with two types of education programs for new injectors: 1-2 day courses in an informal conference room that promise to teach you Botox and filler along with 10-15 of your peers, and expensive "shadowing opportunities" where you may or may not actually inject anyone. Neither of these truly give the foundational knowledge needed to land your first position as an injector AND be successful. The reality is that we don't learn aesthetics in our traditional healthcare educational programs and it's expensive, time-consuming, and risky for a medspa to train an injector with no experience. The products to train with cost money, the trainer has to take time away from seeing patients, and the medspa has to pay the new injector who may or may not be booking enough patients. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone looking to gain experience and break into the industry, even with a "1-2 day learn everything you need!"-type course and unfortunately, it's the harsh reality. This program eliminates all that. Our goal is to train you so that a medspa doesn't have to. We provide you with a deep foundational knowledge of the underlying facial anatomy and pharmacology of the products, you'll master the patient assessment and consult, and you'll feel confident injecting any patient that sits in your chair.
