His expertise in the kitchen—staffing, training, and menu planning—along with his passion for connecting with guests, has made him a vital part of our team. Our partnership with Cape Ann Museum and Lifebridge North Shore's Grace Center of Gloucester through the Art of Lunch program has been one of our most rewarding collaborations. The Grace Center serves as a day resource center for Gloucester residents facing food insecurity or homelessness. Twice a month, Cape Ann Museum donates food to the Grace Center, with volunteers on hand to help serve. At Beauport Hospitality Group, we’ve proudly supported this program for over three years. By the end of this year, we anticipate having provided approximately 1,900 Baked Haddock dinners. The Baked Haddock from 1606 Restaurant & Oyster Bar at Beauport Hotel Gloucester paired with dessert from Seaport Grille is always a joy for us to contribute. Cory’s journey with Beauport Hospitality Group began in 2012 as a barback at Seaport Grille. Over a decade later, Cory has become a vital member of our team! In his current role, he oversees the entire banquet bartending staff and is responsible for hiring, scheduling, inventory management, creating signature cocktails, and developing best practices. He collaborates closely with our Cruiseport Event Managers to ensure every event's success.
