Since joining SEC Energy in January 2018 as a Parts Coordinator, Jeff Bryson has been a valued member of our team, demonstrating his experience, dedication, and enthusiasm. Before joining SEC, he worked for CDM, which is within the Energy Transfer Partnership. Over the past 6 years, he has held various roles such as warehouse worker, compressor mechanic, and buyer, allowing him to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various facets of our business. This broad experience has been instrumental in his ability to address customer needs effectively and find solutions to their challenges—an aspect of his job that Jeff particularly enjoys. In a significant career advancement, Jeff accepted the role of Services Manager for Parts and Warehouse in May. We are excited to celebrate Jeff’s new role and extend our congratulations. His dedication and enthusiasm are a tremendous asset to our team, and we look forward to the continued success and growth he will bring to SEC Energy!

Our team guided them through every step, starting at the wellhead where it all begins, to understanding the intricate journey this essential resource takes before reaching you. They got an up-close look at our equipment fabrication process and learned firsthand about the services we provide to our customers. It was an eye-opening experience for everyone involved! #FlashbackFriday to our incredible 2nd annual SEC Energy company picnic held last month. From laughter-filled games, mouthwatering BBQ, to a surprise visit from Kona Ice, it was an unforgettable day. Who could forget the fantastic face painting station or the amazing balloon artist! Our SEC family extends beyond the office walls, and events like these remind us of the importance of coming together as a community. The picnic was a small token of our appreciation for all that you do, and we hope you cherished every moment of it!

We're thrilled to build upon our 20-year partnership with Ariel Corporation with a series of hands-on training sessions! Following the success of our sessions in Houston, we're gearing up for our next event in George West, TX, from May 14th to 16th. Our SEC Service employees are given the opportunity take a deep dive into advanced techniques including bolting and torque, lubrication systems, failure analysis, compressor troubleshooting, and more. By providing a blend of mechanical instruction and hands-on experience in the Ariel mobile training lab, these sessions empower our professionals with the tools and insights needed to excel in their roles and advance their technical skills. The collaboration between SEC Energy Products & Services and Ariel Corporation signifies a commitment by both companies to continuously advancing skills and expertise in the energy sector. As the industry continues to evolve, such initiatives play a pivotal role in equipping SEC technicians with the competencies required to navigate challenges and drive innovation.

Since joining the company in 2006 as a welder, Armando has not only sharpened his skills but has also risen to become a respected leader in the fabrication department.   Initially, Armando spent 4 ½ years as a welder in the skid shop, mastering his craft with precision and diligence. His commitment to excellence led him to transition to the vessel shop, where he spent another 4 ½ years refining his skills further. After accumulating 8 years of invaluable experience as a welder, Armando seized the opportunity to take on the role of a vessel shop lead. For the past 9 years, Armando has excelled in his leadership position, guiding, and inspiring his team to achieve new heights of productivity and quality. His dedication to mentoring his coworkers is evident, as he takes pride in seeing them succeed and thrive under his guidance. Armando's leadership style is characterized by empathy and fairness, ensuring that tough decisions are made with compassion and consideration for his team members. Beyond his role in the fabrication department, Armando's impact on SEC extends to restructuring the vessel shop for better production and workflow. His innovative ideas and unwavering motivation have significantly improved productivity and efficiency, setting new standards of excellence within the company.   Armando's journey at SEC demonstrates the power of dedication, perseverance, and leadership. His unwavering commitment to excellence and his team's well-being continues to drive positive change within the company, making him a valued asset and an inspiration to all.
