I would like to personally thank Cory Curtis with Cokinos | Young for his diligent efforts over the past two years in protecting Baileson's rights as a tenant. We put the future of our brewery in his hands and he came through for us in Harris County civil court, producing a unanimous jury trail verdict in our favor. This legal win will allow us to finish out the remainder of our existing lease agreement to 2029, despite our landlord's best efforts to unilaterally hike our rent to unrealistic levels, then evict us, even though we had prevailed in a recent rent arbitration proceeding. Thank you, Cory!
