About us
SemiPack Services’ core capabilities include ball grid array (BGA) re-balling, tape and reel, trim and form robotic and automated tinning. These contract services are typically used to replace or supplement high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) customers’ in-house manufacturing capabilities. SemiPack is registered with AS9100 Rev. D, ISO 9001:2015, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). We pride ourselves in being responsive and creative, providing high quality services to our customers throughout the U.S. SemiPack is proud to be AS9100:2009, Rev. D and ISO 9001:2008 registered.
