A game changer for air cushions Air cushions are great 👍. They work like water 💧. Water doesn't bounce back at you - it moves out of the way to mould around your body, constantly, in real time. This is an awesome style of cushion to reduce peak pressure points. But! 🍑 A cushion not used correctly is useless - actually dangerous ⚠️. You can have the best air cushion in the world. If it isn't set up right, then it's terrible. Air cushions need a certain level of air in them to allow you to sink into the cushion, but not too low that your bottom touches the base of the wheelchair 😣.
