The Blanton Museum of Art, in our hometown of #Austin, Texas, is one of the country's premier university art museums. The reimagined design unified and revitalized the surrounding Michener and Smith Buildings and the outdoor social space. Most impressively, the project features a central specialty #jumbo structural glass vault that soars 27-ft high and 10-ft wide at the entrance to the Michener Building. Balancing height tolerance and edge curvature in tandem with ensuring the highest optical quality were critical to project success and the aesthetic vision. Our latest project feature is located in the heart of Los Angeles, at the corner of iconic Wilshire Boulevard and Glendon Avenue. Sentech Architectural Systems, LLC designed, engineered and supplied 12 exterior #VetraFin-G insulated structural glass walls and 4 interior #VetraSpan structural glass walls, totaling over 6,000 square feet of interior and exterior structural glass. Soaring more than 20 feet from sill to head without the use of any vertical support materials, the structural glass #facades exude timeless elegance, serving as a connection point for visitors, tenants and the public alike. Sentech’s latest project feature is the tallest and final phase of an iconic 3-tower Wolf Point masterplan designed by architecture firm Pelli Clarke & Partners. Completed in 2023, LEED Gold-certified Salesforce Tower rises 57 stories and 850-feet into the northwest corner of the #Chicago legendary skyline and serves as the regional headquarters for software company Salesforce. Our latest #project feature takes us to a shimmering structural #glass gem at the gateway to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor in the heart of Maryland. Wills Wharf features a structural glass façade that utilizes Sentech’s #VetraFin-G system and over 3,000 square feet of triple laminated glass fins and oversized, low-iron high-performance face glass with a triple silver low-e coating. The elegant, open #facade spans 60’ long and 23’ high, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior and offering limitless views of the surrounding harbor.
