The Customer Service Account Specialist’s work is creative, exciting, and different every day with a focus on driving business results while offering options and finding solutions to help Chase customers. Ideal for career-seeking military spouses, this 9-week fellowship opportunity provides hands-on training specific to the role, mentorship, group roundtabling, professional development training as well as the necessary technology equipment and much more! Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to convert into full-time positions, which are 100% work from home, with portability options should your service member PCS to a new duty station. To be eligible for this program, you must be a spouse of currently serving member of the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, or Space Force, including active, reserve, and National Guard components and enrolled in the Department of Defense’s MSCAP.
