This is the same program we’ve designed for middle schools, now adapted for an empowering #TeenWorkshop. 🎉 We checked in on #Ashleigh, our very first graduate from She Built This City's 2-year #Apprenticeship Program, and she sent us this amazing video of her #FirstDay on the job! She's officially been working as a #FacilitiesMaintenanceTechnician with Northwood Ravin properties for almost a month now, and we couldn’t be prouder!
