Watch as our newest Shooting Touch Rwanda court, built in partnership with the Pat Connaughton Foundation, comes to life in this short documentary film by Serrah Galos!
Watching the newest Shooting Touch Rwanda basketball court come to life - and documenting the story of the Pat Connaughton Foundation's first international #ConnaughtonCourt project - has been one of the coolest moments of my professional career. Check out the video below! This court means everything to the community of Rukara, Rwanda. Located about 2 hours outside of Kigali, down a bumpy, dusty dirt road, Rukara is a truly magical place (shoutout former Rukara resident Won Jung), and the basketball talent coming out of that community is legitamtely some of the best in Rwanda. After bouncing around different courts for years, the nearly 1,000 athletes of Shooting Touch Rukara finally have a place to call home. It was an honor to work with him and his team to produce one of the best pieces of content that Shooting Touch has ever created. #ShootingTouch #Basketball #Rwanda #SocialImpact #Community
