Shoptalk just knows how to keep you hooked, start to finish. Walking into the second day of the event, I felt that same rush of excitement—it just has that magic. Thanks to Shoptalk, I found myself in some of the most insightful one-on-one conversations. It’s those moments, beyond the panels and presentations, where you really learn something new and meaningful. And then, there’s was Arcade game zone and pickleball zone at the event. Didn’t see that coming! But it pulled everyone in for a bit of fun between all the business talks. Shoptalk never lets you have a dull moment. But what really was the highlight for me? The incredible response from brands to our AI-Creative Strategist, with human-in-loop. Seeing their enthusiasm for what we’re doing makes me even more excited about where we’re headed. "Surprise and delight" has been a buzzword in retail and events for 20+ years. But in B2B events, potentially epic stages are often reduced to fabric backdrops, potentially clever signage to simple 'directional'. The components that make surprise and delight possible—human passion, untamed creativity, and the budget to bring great ideas to life—are deemed "impractical." Moments are missed. Not so at Shoptalk, and especially our newest launch taking place in Chicago, Shoptalk Fall! If we're gonna get thousands of retail and consumer brand decision-makers in one room, we're going to have eye-popping visuals, a live orchestra for walk on music, fog machines, and a laser show 🤩 Hats off to the creative and operations team for pulling this unbelievable experience together.
