    The biggest test of the year is approaching, but Attentive customers and partners have already been studying up at our BFCM Prep Academy 📚 We hosted a series of global BFCM Prep Academies in London, New York, and Los Angeles. Students participated in hands-on workshops, learned new data-driven strategies, and heard real BFCM success stories from customers who've been through it. 📓 Our customers met directly with our CS and tech teams, ensuring their holiday plans were BFCM-ready. These sessions offered a chance to brainstorm with other brands, share insights, and dive into new strategies and tools to amplify their holiday marketing. Big shoutout to our Partner Club members—Bazaarvoice, Simon Data, Friendbuy, and Gorgias—whose guest lectures showed how important the right tech integrations are to improving SMS and email strategies all along the customer journey.
