    Lee Sterling, Simon's Chief Marketing Officer, along with True Religion's Kristen D'Arcy and Pinterest's Stacy Wright Malone, met at Shoptalk Fall last week to share the fundamentals of full-funnel marketing and how they stay ahead of the curve and in front of their customers. During the discussion, led by Warchawski's Sam T., Lee emphasized how in Simon’s current approach – including our new campaign Meet Me @themall™ - storytelling and amplification strategies are tailored for each stage of the funnel and for different audiences (Gen Z, Moms). “Our campaign is focused on sharing the mall experience - the fashion, food and fun – which is unique to each market, and tying in more emotional consumer drivers such as the joy of being together and creating memories. The multifaceted campaign, “Meet Me @the mall™”, blends ‘80s and ‘90s nostalgia with a new generation who wants to shop, eat, stay and play at the mall as much as their parents do.     Today, Simon® announced the completed expansion and transformation of Busan Premium Outlets in South Korea. The center now offers more than 270 luxury and premium retail brands, including the largest Nike Unite Store in the region. The expansion features ample communal spaces, an “Adventure Forest” play area, 28 dining concepts, including the first Shake Shack outlet location in South Korea and Premium Golf House showcasing 25 premium golf brands and interactive experiences. Enhanced amenities also include expanded parking, new electric vehicle charging stations, and for VIP shoppers, a chic, stylishly furnished lounge with refreshments, beverages and premium customer service, as well as an exclusive parking area. “Across our global portfolio, Simon continues to strategically reinvest in our centers to deliver the world-class shopping, dining, and amenities desired by today’s discerning consumer,” said Mark Silvestri, President of Development at Simon. “With 100 new retailers, elevated spaces and new amenities at Busan Premium Outlets, we have significantly enhanced our shoppers’ experience from the moment they arrive.” Busan Premium Outlets is a joint venture between Shinsegae Group and Simon.
