On behalf of Hayden Homes and Simplicity by Hayden Homes, we are honored to be recognized with the Community Contribution Award from North Idaho Building Contractors Association's Parade of Homes. 🏆 We are proud support public-private partnerships in Northern Idaho that are producing much-needed housing for wage-earners across the region. Our most recent local public-private partnership is Simplicity's work with PAHA's Miracle on Britton which will create 28 new single-family Deed-Restricted homes. We believe homeownership is a key component to building a strong community and ensuring that local working families have a place to call their very own is critical. We are thrilled to announce that Jenn has joined Hayden Homes and Simplicity! In her last position she served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Central Oregon Community College. She recently completed her Master's Degree in Public Policy with a focus on rural housing, studying the impact of capital sources on community land trust programs. Jenn will be working alongside Deborah Flagan, our VP of Community Engagement, to expand our public-private partnerships to create real solutions to help communities solve the housing crisis in the Northwest, as well as collaborate with local leaders on Give As You Go™ opportunities.
