We had a great time participating in and supporting Los Angeles Food Policy Council's Pathways to Food Equity event last week in LA. We were able to hear from visionary leaders in the space such as Dipa Shah-Patel, MPH, RD, Alba M. Velasquez, Jamiah Hargins, Paula Daniels, Kelli Vos, Melissa Gallardo, Teresa Blanco, Kayla de la Haye, Anthony Ng, Emily Parker, CalFresh, County of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, and so many others. We look forward to working with all these great people focused on closing the healthy food access gap here at home and replicating in other cities / states soon!
