Her passion for people and creating positive, lasting experiences shines through everything she does. Michelle believes that guest satisfaction begins and ends with the employee experience and the environment behind the scenes. By fostering a spirit of fearless collaboration and a growth mindset throughout the team, she’s all about cultivating pride and personal ownership in the work we do every day. Outside of work, Michelle loves making memories with her incredible family (including their fur babies).
