Scholarship Recipient Spotlight: Cecilia Herrera A driven student from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Cecilia dreams of creating meaningful impacts in communities through commercial real estate. Reflecting on her SIOR Global Fall Event experience, Cecilia shares how the exposure to passionate professionals ignited her dedication to the field. "This scholarship will help me complete my education and enter my career with added stability. I'm excited to represent the scholarship and continue Millie's legacy." Arden Pray, received the Mildred C. Hanson Memorial Scholarship from the SIOR Foundation a few years ago. At the time, Arden was studying Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Investment Management. She led the UT Dallas Real Estate Club and interns at Weitzman, a commercial real estate brokerage.
