Sip & Develop is a veteran-owned film Development Studio located in the vibrant National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD. It is the first and only company in the United States that combines a lively social environment with easy-to-understand black and white film developing instructions. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an enthusiast looking to refine your skills, no prior film developing experience is necessary.
