We were welcome by Dinero' Washington the CEO, he went to the extent of picking us up at the airport and then introducing us to his team which included Jimmy Thomas Chief of Staff. Dinero strongly carries the hospitality mantle by creating an enviroment of friendly, highly engaged associates while fostering strong business relationship. We were exposed to the great internal culture that is embodied by the actions of the Spotrans community that impacts the health and wellness of all the riders in Shreveport. We were very impressed by the "Zero Fare" initiative which is having a positive impact to the growth of ridership. Together with our Indoor Air Quality technology initiative Sporttans Shreveport is raising the bar in protecting it's community by providing riders with comfort and a healthy safe travel experience.
