We couldn't be more excited to learn more! The panel discussion will be followed by a community forum, where questions and ideas are encouraged to be shared. This is the best feeling. So happy when our partners and clients are happy. 💕 And we couldn't agree more, Loucas Tsilas & Andres O'Beirne (aka nutmeg) are killing it!
tl;dr you should really consider nutmeg/Loucas Tsilas/Andres O'Beirne/SLMBR PRTY for your next shoot. Any producer I've ever worked with knows I make fast, confident gut decisions. That can be wonderful, but sometimes scary. Recently, I was looking at director's reels for a client project. They ranged from seasoned directors who could capture our script in their sleep, to directors who were definitely in the first stage of their careers, so working with them would take a leap of faith. When I feel a director is perfect for the job but doesn't have the equivalent on their reel, it's hard to describe how I just know they can do it, and bring something special to the table. But if you're a fellow creative then you know (IYAFCTYK?). That was the case with a directing duo called nutmeg, known also as Loucas Tsilas and Andres O'Beirne, with SLMBR PRTY. They nailed the call. They nailed the treatment. And we were all beyond impressed that slmbr prty really went the extra mile to deliver — over-deliver, really — what we needed. By the time we were in post, the team were already awarded and off to their next shoot — they're wonderful, talented, experienced beyond their years. If you have the chance to consider them for your next job, you should. I can't wait to work with them again, and I haven't had that much fun creating on a set in longer than I can remember. (also, slmbr prty is women-founded and led, woo-hoo!) Josh Young Harry Baruch

“nutmeg are drawn to the great outdoors, naturally chasing “type-two fun” and “character building” situations. “In our youth, this meant exploring the outdoors, whether biking, skiing or hiking,” explains Loucas. “Now, it means doing that but also making films. This is the ideal zone for personal and creative growth, and it often bonds us closer to each other and our crew. We’ve been dripping in sweat, lugging gear up mountains, and freezing our hands off, waiting for the perfect shot. These adventures and experiences make it that much more worthwhile.” LBBonline - Little Black Book's Ben Conway interviewed nutmeg (Loucas Tsilas and Andres O'Beirne) about how their passion for the outdoors fuels their unique perspective on filmmaking.

Extremely excited to share that we’re welcoming director duo nutmeg to our team! A “nutmeg” is an absolutely savage move in soccer where a player kicks the ball through their opponents legs. Directors Andres and Loucas met playing soccer as kids, and their moniker represents their innate edginess and playful energy. We can’t wait to get into it with these two.
