We implemented low-touch AI at SUEZ's MRF to turbo-charge the efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability of the facility. By combining industry expertise, advanced technology, and a streamlined process, we have significantly improved the performance at the MRF and we're very pleased to have been nominated and recognised for this achievement. Technology has evolved significantly over the last few years, and we've evolved with it. We have worked to ensure that our technological offering enhances our partnership offering. Part of this technology includes SmartSCOR+, which is a performance management system. This system enables our clients to track individual worker performance alongside our site management teams. Our team actively works with our clents to devise a set of transparent KPIs for our systems to ensure service is provided to an agreed standard. SmartSCOR ensures that employees are recognised and rewarded for good performance, and with this system we have seen an average of 20% increase in productivity within sites that use SmartSCOR+

Over the last few weeks, we have been on a growth journey in Smart. Looking back on our successes of 2024 to determine our strategy and direction of travel for 2025. This had led to renewed investment in our core strengths, enhancing our services, and ensuring that we remain a leader in our field. Part of our growth strategy has included amalgamating our Smart Environmental Support Services and Smart Solutions divisions under one Smart brand. This will allow us to operate with the same name, brand, and service that our clients and candidates know and love – but retaining our specialist service offerings with our specialist brands of Smart Environmental Support Services and Smart Managed Solutions.
