"What has become clear to me is that carving time out of your life dedicated to reading, introspection, and self discovery is worth every minute. Taking inventory of your strengths, understanding the crucibles you have gone through, your leadership style, opportunities to be better, and seeking wisdom from others is a proven approach that bears fruit. There is a reason why leaders around the US claim the benefits of this program." - Addie Deinlein, RLF 2024 Texas Graduate The RLF program turns leaders of projects and initiatives into leaders of hearts and minds! 💙 Registration for RLF 2025 is OPEN ➡️ rlfleadership.com RLF (Rising Leader Forums) SIM Leadership Institute
SIM RLF Texas 2024 It’s taken me some time to put my thoughts together and share my feelings about completing this program. When our cohort gathers together, we start each session seated in a circle and share a reflection beginning with “what has become clear to me since we last met…” What has become clear to me is that carving time out of your life dedicated to reading, introspection, and self discovery is worth every minute. Taking inventory of your strengths, understanding the crucibles you have gone through, your leadership style, opportunities to be better, and seeking wisdom from others is a proven approach that bears fruit. There is a reason why leaders around the US claim the benefits of this program. What’s become clear to me is that I will apply lessons from this program every day, with my peers and teams I lead, with my family and friends, and within myself. I’m so grateful to Angela Venuk, Blake H. and my fellow SIM DFW board members for sponsoring my participation. A special thank you to my employer Enovis and leader Erin Dunn for supporting the investment of my time away from a brand new role. Texas RLF 2025 begins next April. Apply today, talk to your boss or a champion at work to see if they will support your journey. Just like membership in SIM, you will get back tenfold what you put into it.
