Vehicles For Veterans Launches Impactful Partnership with Soldiers to Sidelines Donation of $50,000 to empower hundreds of Soldier Coaches nationwide Lewes, Delaware (September 2024) – Vehicles For Veterans recently donated $50,000 to Soldiers to Sidelines, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, certifying, developing, and supporting members of the military community to become expert coaches and exemplary role models for today’s impressionable youth. Based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and through its Vehicles For Veterans program, Car Donation Foundation provides funding to nonprofits with a mission to build better lives for injured veterans and their families in need of assistance and support. The donation from Vehicles for Veterans will help Soldiers to Sidelines scale its programs and locations, helping veterans, service members, military spouses, wounded warriors, and gold star families fulfill their passion for service and desire for purposeful work, as well as create stronger communities that can benefit future generations. “We are excited about our partnership with Vehicles For Veterans and the potential to grow the impact we make on the lives of thousands of Veterans and service members which, in turn, leads to them making a meaningful and lasting impact on America’s youth through coaching,” said Harrison Bernstein, Founder and President of Soldiers to Sidelines. “Their support will allow us to expand our network of top sports, military, business professionals, and volunteers throughout the country.” Additionally, the $50,000 donation will be leveraged as a matching gift during a Soldiers To Sidelines fundraising campaign this fall, not only to multiply Vehicles For Veterans’ impact, but to activate and engage Soldier Coaches and supporters who are also committed to the longevity and growth of the organization. For more information on the Vehicles for Veterans program, visit vehiclesforveterans.org, Facebook, or X. About Soldiers to Sidelines: Founded in 2015, Soldiers To Sidelines is a 501c3 nonprofit that uses coaching as an effective tool for helping Veterans find purpose. STS educates, develops, and certifies members of the military community to become expert coaches and exemplary role models for youth. By helping develop marketable coaching and leadership skills, facilitating access to job opportunities, creating a lifetime of valuable connections, and offering the ongoing support and camaraderie of the STS Tribe, service members, Veterans and their families will thrive and so will America’s youth.
