This data-driven approach allows us to identify trends and make informed decisions to enhance resident care. In just one month of implementing AllieHealth across our portfolio, we saw a remarkable 14.1% increase in Solera’s documentation rate. At several of our communities, we've also achieved a reduction in hospitalizations, thanks to partnership with CarePredict, Inc. By flagging team members about residents at risk for falls and UTIs, we've been able to intervene early and prevent serious health issues. Working with theatres across Chicago, Melbin delivered a performance that resonated with everyone. He shared, “It was so nice to be able to bring what I love to the folks I see every day. It made me feel so creative and connected because now the community sees me as more than just a server.” 🎭 The show was a success, with tickets sold out and our residents, families, and staff all showing their support. Melbin and his production company even hired local talent, musicians, and artists to make the performance possible! We are immensely proud of the talent our team members bring to our communities. This Alzheimer's Association® initiative engages individuals with dementia in creating beautiful watercolor paintings, providing a joyful and therapeutic experience. We proudly showcased over 100 stunning pieces at our unforgettable Open House Art Gala. The event, complete with live music by #CloseNCounter, was a celebration of creativity, community, and the remarkable talents of our residents. Today we celebrate Victoria Brinkley, Executive Director at Edgeworth Park at Newtown on her 6 year anniversary! Victoria knew this was the place for her from the moment she first walked through the doors of Edgeworth Park six years ago. First as an intern, then Activities Director, then Sales and Marketing Director and now Executive Director, Victoria can’t say enough about how Edgeworth is family. How it has the small-town feel where everyone knows each other and cares deeply for one another. As she puts it, “I gained a bunch of grandmas and grandpas.
