Celebrating 5 years of incredible leadership! Today, Spencer Lowe, our CEO, reflects on the impact Derik Hasvold has had on SOLVD since day one. Here's to the person who helped ignite our growth and shape our company's success:   "There is a graveyard full of companies where the founder made a bad hire early and it sunk the company. There are more still that didn’t die but were set back or slowed down significantly. My first hire did the opposite - he ignited the company’s growth. He poured gas on the fire. And I wish I could say that I knew something about hiring and recruiting that led to that, but truthfully I just had an amazingly talented friend who was willing to take a shot on me. Derik made SOLVD a real company. Overnight I went from solopreneur to a two person team. Five years later he is directly responsible for a large part of our company’s success. I am grateful every day to get to work alongside him. His humility, work ethic, and dedication have been formative to our culture and have become key elements of the experience our customers and employees rave about. Thank you for your leadership Derik." Happy 2-year SOLVD anniversary to Devyn Smith! Devyn is a rockstar! Since he started at SOLVD he's been dedicated to constantly improving his skills and has contributed in a big way to every project he's assigned. What his clients and team members don't always see are the little things he does behind the scenes to fill a need when he sees one. He's a great example of keeping the success of the whole team as his first priority. We're lucky to have him on the team and excited to continue working together!

We are celebrating another amazing member of our team today Jenna Habel! She has been with SOLVD.cloud for 3 years and has been a driving force here at the company. We asked her manager Matt Brown to share a few words about her: "Jenna is a high performer and an incredibly hard worker. Her ability to quickly learn and expertly implement difficult concepts in business situations is invaluable. She’s become a driving force for SOLVD’s marketing engagements to complement her robust skillset across core Salesforce products. She’s a fantastic consultant, trusted by her teammates and clients. Today we are celebrating Matt Brown who has been at SOLVD.cloud for 4 years! He is a member of the executive team and is driving our performance across many metrics. We asked our CEO Spencer Lowe to share a few words about Matt for his anniversary and he said: "Matt is an incredible executive, and has been critical to our growth as a company. He is always bringing a data first approach to our executive team and highlighting insights that impact our sales, forecasting, and delivery. He is sensitive to the needs of the people that report to him and does a great job building strong relationships inside and outside of the firm. His leadership has been incredibly important to our success, and I am grateful to have the pleasure of working closely with him to serve our employees and our customers."
