A few days ago, Cara Dello Russo, Senior Director of Business Development at Solvd, Inc., returned from the #OutinTech Leadership Institute event in NYC. 🌟 The sessions were highly engaging, featuring amazing speakers like Jess Wass, who spoke on Managing Up for Career Growth, and Fotios (Fotis) Chantzis from OpenAI, who discussed AI-Driven Security Strategies. 🚀 The Cohort session was also very enjoyable, where attendees spent time using the Delta Model, which includes five sections—Change, Simplicity, Autonomy, Satisfaction, and Specificity—to reflect on their personal and professional lives and identify areas for growth. It was an introspective exercise conducted in a safe group setting, allowing everyone to support each other and grow, making it incredibly impactful.
