Great progress update from our residential project in Cleveland - Ten60 Bolivar. The 184-unit apartment building located in Cleveland's Gateway District will offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units and is expected to open early next year. The Ten60 Apartments are progressing! The seven-story, 273,000 square-foot building will feature a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units in the heart of the Gateway District in Cleveland, OH. The lower floors will primarily house parking and resident amenities, while the upper floors offer views towards the ballpark. The project's completion is slated for February 2025.
