This is our second year in a row with record demand for our accelerator, with the most applications ever received in the program's history: 230+ entrepreneurs working on 130+ public health ventures from 35 countries. That's why, leading up to our NYC PRI Innovation Forum, Firefly Innovations: The Premier Public Health Entrepreneurship Platform of CUNY SPH and the NYC Pandemic Response Institute announce the Grand Challenge Competition for Innovations in Public Health Emergencies. Do you have a compelling idea to help with public health preparedness? It's a five-minute process, you can submit multiple ideas and Firefly is giving up to ten $500 prizes for the top ideas.
