  • WE DID IT AGAIN!! 🎉 We’re thrilled to be named on Glassdoor’s coveted 2024 Best Places to Work list. 💙 If you’re counting, that’s six years in a row! 🤩 👏🏼 Glassdoor is home to anonymous employee reviews from more than ONE MILLION companies globally, so it’s an honor to be included in the top 50 nationally (small/medium employer category with <1,000 employees). This year, we moved up on the list, landing at lucky #️⃣1️⃣3️⃣. A mention on this list is unique in that it doesn’t come from an application or nomination. It is only possible through positive employee feedback. Special thanks to Team Blue for sharing all the reasons why you #LoveWhereYouWork. 💙 The list 👉🏼👉🏼 https://lnkd.in/eXgmKix Our reviews 👉🏼👉🏼 https://lnkd.in/epe6-qj #exploreSCFederal #GlassdoorBPTW #PassionWanted #NowHiring #CreditUnionDifference #SouthCarolina

  • We're celebrating another internal promotion! 👏 Thrilled to share that Amanda Rambeaut, a manager-nominated High Potential Employee (HPE), is our newest Financial Center Manager. She will be serving members and employees alike at our Thornblade Blvd location in Greer. This is the fourth promotion for Amanda, who joined the credit union team as a Financial Service Representative in 2020. Amanda is a team player who is passionate about sharing the credit union vision. Her positive attitude and professional demeanor shine on a daily basis. She also participates in a number of local credit union and community events, to include Prisma Diaper Drives, the Walk to End Alzheimer's, and Harvest Hope volunteer events. Amanda has many wonderful qualities, but Financial Center Manager Tracie Edmonds explains that "the most impressive is her loyalty to her team. Amanda comes to the table with a wealth of knowledge that she is always willing to share. She is never too busy to answer questions or assist a team member with a process." Amanda's accomplishments include being a successful Universal Sales Representative before transitioning to the Financial Service Manager role. She was in that role for only a short period of time, but she excelled quickly. She pours into developing her team and continues to ensure that she develops in her own career by participating in the credit union's in-house career coaching program. Congratulations, Amanda! 💙 #lifeatSCFederal
