We're happy to wrap up the week with some exciting news about Westerly, our master-planned community in Erie, Colorado. The community's first amenity center, The Waypoint, is officially open! We celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday morning, where we were joined by Town of Erie Mayor Justin Brooks, Council members and other local leaders, as well as the Erie Chamber of Commerce and friends and project partners of SLC. And in the evening, we welcomed homeowners into the amenity center for the very first time. We have been committed to delivering abundant health, wellness, and social opportunities to residents as early as possible in the life of the Westerly community. With home sales having begun just several months ago, we are thrilled to deliver on this commitment with the arrival of The Waypoint. Much more to come. Congratulations to Eva Walker, Director of Sales at The Laurel Rittenhouse Square, for being recognized in Philadelphia Style magazine’s October 2024 issue as one of the area’s Top Real Estate Performing Agents. Eva has been an integral part of the team that introduced The Laurel Rittenhouse Square to Philadelphia and helps condo owners find their new homes with ease and grace. If you know Eva, you know she has a wealth of knowledge and is well-deserving of this recognition.

We would like to congratulate Alex Woodin, Development Manager - Mountain Region, for celebrating 10 years with Southern Land Company this month. Alex's thorough and detailed approach coupled with his professionalism have been critical in SLC's continued growth in Colorado and Nevada. He is a key member of the SLC team and has played an integral role in bringing several transformative projects to fruition, including four in Las Vegas alone: Auric, Bria, and Capella in Symphony Park, and our under-construction project in the 18b Arts District. We greatly appreciate his contributions and dedication to getting our projects across the finish line!

I was honored last week to present remarks at the grand opening of Josephine, Southern Land Company ‘s ultra-luxury 27 story tower ideally located in Center City, steps from Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. The mixed-use tower also features 21,000 square feet of high-end restaurant space on the first two floors, which will include a Japanese fine dining concept and high-end sports bar. On Wednesday we gathered with many of our project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Josephine, our newest luxury mixed-use community in Center City Philadelphia. We are proud to introduce this 27-story high-rise with 255 pet-friendly rental residences, including 14 penthouses, to the heart of the city. Josephine also features 21,000 square feet of high-end restaurant space on the first two floors, which will include a Japanese fine dining concept and high-end sports bar. We are grateful to everyone who helped Josephine come to fruition, from planning and design to construction and community management.
