Last week in Murfreesboro, our Quality Manager, Nicole Hamilton, did an outstanding job representing Southern Pediatrics on a panel at The Community Plan of Tennessee Delivery System Transformation Collaborative. The event, hosted by UnitedHealthcare, brought together Tennessee Health Link and Patient-Centered Medical Home stakeholders. We discussed the important role of root cause analyses in improving patient outcomes and shared best practices from our pediatric clinics. As we work toward ensuring every child has access to the highest standards of pediatric care, we look forward to participating in more impactful events in the future!
