Southwell Medical Clinic has presented the Southwell Medical Clinic Excellence Award for August to Kristy Telfair, LPN. Colleagues say Kristy makes a huge impact on her team’s workflow. She is known to put patients first as she continually works to improve wait times and the overall patient experience at the clinic. “Kristy is always efficient and thorough," said Practice Manager Michelle Hilton. “Her co-workers appreciate her hard work.
