Here is the latest information on states and counties experiencing delays: 📍 Colorado: CO 'Clean Slate Act' Effective July 1, 2024: Arrest records without convictions will be sealed automatically. Certain convictions will be sealed after a specified time if no new crimes are committed. Violent crimes are exempt and will still be reported in full. 📍 Ohio: Cuyahoga County and Lyndhurst Municipal Courts: Updating their case management systems, expect delays. 📍 Nevada: Carson City County: Short-staffed, expect delays of 7-10 business days. Washoe County - Incline Village Township: Delays of 7-14 days. 📍 Tennessee: Marion County Clerk: Extended absence causing delays. 📍 Texas: Bexar County: Merging court records into a single portal, causing delays.
