To allow us to give back to our communities and inspire our teams globally about supporting our mission, Sphera holds an annual community day focused on safety and sustainability. In 2023, the Chicago team toured The Plant, a repurposed industrial meatpacking facility now serving as a living laboratory that demonstrates techniques for reimagining waste as a resource. They also participated in volunteer activities, such as weeding and tending to various planted areas around the farms.
