Our offering functions as a single front door to any type of care - from digital exercises, to EAP services, to coaching, therapy, or medication. We use a proprietary assessment and machine-learning technology to understand all of the conditions a person may be experiencing, and use those results to match them to a care plan personalized to their needs. Each member has access to a Care Navigator to help guide them through their options, assist in booking appointments with therapists, and connect them to domain experts across work-life, legal, or financial services.     Engagement is core to organizational success. According to Gallup, highly engaged teams are 18% more productive than disengaged teams. However, only around 1 in 3 employees are actively engaged at work, which can lead to lower #motivation and higher absenteeism.     During April Koh’s panel at HLTH USA, “An Acute Need for Mental Health Interventions,” she highlighted our impactful partnership with Highmark Health. We’ve been honored to work with Highmark Health over the last year to expand their highly successful Mental Well-Being program. As April mentions, members at Highmark Health with severe depression achieved remission 3x faster than the national average. That’s huge. Additionally:
️ 🌿 4 out of 5 users engaged in mental healthcare for the first time in 18 months.
 🌿 Members can schedule an appointment in just 1.3 days on average. “We knew that this was going to be extraordinarily successful,” says Tracy Saula, Highmark’s chief product and experience officer. “I don’t think we expected the outcomes to be so fast.     Today, Spring Health launches its Specialty Care solution to provide rapid access to advanced treatment for more than 50 high-acuity behavioral health conditions. More than 14.1 million people face complex and challenging behavioral health needs, and fewer than half receive the care they need. We’re here to close the gap. Our Specialty Care solution redefines the mental healthcare experience, integrating our proprietary Precision Mental Healthcare to detect at-risk conditions early, reach out to members proactively, and connect them with the appropriate specialized care program. This reduces a person’s risk, improves their outcomes, and limits the need for costly residential care.
