About us
There’s a tendency to think of the taste of sweetness as one note - most treats we eat are packed with sugar, leaving no room for nuance of flavors. And the only healthy alternatives are just-as-sugary substitutes or lab made sweeteners. We couldn't really believe that. Our travels (and sweet tooths) have taken us around the country and around the world, and if there’s one thing we noticed at the markets and shops we’ve strolled, it’s the depth and deliciousness of sweet that lies beyond refined sugar -- jammy dates, floral pollens, rich cacaos, tangy spices -- and the magical fact that they’re excellent for you. So we decided to bring together this wider world of flavor. To craft a line of nourishing sweets that really take you places. To share treats that celebrate the true meaning of sweet. And to redefine sweetness for the American consumer.
