Springfield Partners for Community Action is the federally designated Community Action Agency (CAA) serving the greater Springfield area. We help residents of our area reach stability through education, direct assistance, and outreach, right in the heart of Springfield. Established in 1964 under the Economic Opportunity Act, Springfield Partners is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, SOMWBA-certified enterprise. The agency has 50+ years of experience providing services and advocacy to alleviate the conditions of poverty for area residents. Springfield Partners offers a lifeline to the nearly 27% of Springfield residents and 16% of residents across Hampden County who are living below the poverty line. We help break the cycle of poverty through education and services that help individuals build and maintain assets.
